For the 3rd day of christmas I want to share with you my three Notion Templates that I love to use every single day. These help me stay consistent with my habits, projects & workflow.

The Habit Tracker Notion Template
The Habit Tracker is a useful visualization tool to help measure your progress on the small activities you do every day that lead to significant results.
Keeping track of your consistency is a great way to motivate yourself, find momentum and be satisfied with your success.
I follow an inspiring subreddit called Non Zero Day. “No more zero days” becomes a mantra that signifies there won’t be a day where you don’t do anything positive for your life.
“Promise yourself that you will do one thing every day that takes you one step closer to your goals.”
The Redditor who inspired this trend also motivates the readers to keep the habit of:
- Gratitude: thanking your past self for the positive things you’ve done, this means working for your future self as if she were your best friend.
- Forgiveness: being disappointed by the things you didn’t do only causes you to be less productive. Forgive your past self and focus on mastering today to the best of your ability.
- Exercise and Reading: this will help you open and clear your mind. This becomes the easiest and most impactful way to avoid a Zero Day.
I created my own habit tracker in Notion. I use it every day and review my completion rate every week to find opportunities for improvement. Download it here.

Project Management Database Notion Template
Another vital tool to have in the productivity arsenal is a database that can help you stay organized while planning and running many different projects at a time.
A Project management database is one of those tools that can help you become as competitive as possible, and set you apart from your industry.
Keeping your projects organized will help you:
- Execute on strategic goals
- Set expectations for timing and budget
- Ensure everything is going according to the plan
- Recognize that the quality is consistent and the right value is delivered
- Manage and avoid risks
- Know the right people are doing the right things at the right time
- Track the progress and report on it
- Learn from successes and failures
With a Project Management Database, you should be able to
- Easily document requirements
- Plan projects
- Track project evolution
- Warn when things are going off track
- Track and manage time allocated to projects and tasks
- Keep track of the budget
- Easily communicate and keep track of actions
- Use it without confusion
- Make sure things are getting done
Deep Work and Flowtime Notion Template
Deep Work is an activity performed in a state of distraction-free focus and it was coined by the author Cal Newport.
This type of training must involve two goals:
- improve your ability to concentrate intensely and
- overcome your desire to procrastinate.
I believe focusing intensely on an important task will help you find flow faster, which, according to author Dr. Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, ultimately could help you find genuine satisfaction during that state.
According to Dr. Mihaly, a flow state can happen at any time but it’s most likely to occur when:
- You know what to do
- You know how to do it
- You know how well you’re doing
- The project is perceived as challenging
- Your skills are adequate to the task
- You are free from distractions
Pomodoro Vs. Flowtime Techniques
You probably already know about the Pomodoro Technique, which consists on 4 cycles 25 min of work cycles and 5 min breaks, but have you heard of Flowtime Technique?
Instead of fixed work-break intervals, the Flowtime Technique encourages you to take your time, enter the flow and then interrupt your work when you need it with a proportional break.
